Select Your Head Configuration — 180° Swivel vs 90° Flex

The head configuration decision is the most consequential selection in the Load-It® system. It is determined by one question: does the operator's position relative to the load change during the task?

180° Swivel Head

Continuous Magnetic Engagement™ for changing operator position.

Two mechanically independent movements: 180° handle articulation, and 360° magnetic face rotation. The operator can change body position, walking direction, and push/pull angle simultaneously — without breaking magnetic contact with the load.

Choose the 180° Swivel Head when:

The operator walks around the load during the positioning task
The load's own orientation changes throughout the sequence
Multiple mating faces require the operator to address different positions in sequence
The working environment is open and operator movement is unconstrained

90° Flex Head

Controlled Intended Articulation Envelope for repeatable task geometry.

Controlled handle articulation (~90° intended working range) combined with free 360° magnetic face rotation. The controlled articulation defines a predictable working geometry for the handle.

The free magnetic rotation still accommodates operator movement around the load — but through the magnetic face, not the handle articulation.

Choose the 90° Flex Head when:

The operator works from one consistent position throughout the task
The load arrives in a predictable orientation cycle after cycle
Task geometry is consistent and repeatable
High-repetition production environments where a bounded working pattern is an asset
